This juice has a nice strong mint flavor. You most likely don't need the "extra flavor" option. It has been my go-to juice for a couple months now and I am very happy with it. I usually get the 500ML bottle because it is the best value. I switched from using 40MG nicotine salts (Mint flavored "Salts by Keep It") directly to the 70vg/30pg 6MG nicotine version of Xtreme Ice and liked it much better both for flavor and nicotine level.

70vg/30pg without extra flavor added is my go-to juice. I like it a lot. My vaping-mentor friend at work uses it too. He steeps his juice by placing the bottle in a bowl of warm water every day for a week. This makes the flavor sweeter. I have tried his juice and know this does have that effect. I don't bother with all that and just use it as-is right out of the bottle.
The flavor is nice and cool. Will definitely buy again.
